Great stay, as always. The hotel with brand-new and spotless rooms, in a residential area, to Acadia National Park. The staff was exceptional and location was perfect. Nearby Ruby Tuesday - great place to chill out. Quick check-in, parking on site. A gym was a big bonus too.

The beds were extremely comfy. The room included a safe box, cable TV, and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. The location was perfect, not far from Bar Harbor, downtown, the highway, Waterville, or Bangor. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

Everything was great with clean and impressive rooms. Personable, courteous people working here. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Marvelous location, off I-95. Really close to downtown, Colby College, and Waterville.

holiday inn express in waterville exceeded my expectations. clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. loved the extra space in the suites and the convenience of the kitchenette.

The stay was really nice, we liked the large and newly remodeled rooms with a large bathroom. The décor was comfortable. The location was exceptionally nice, really close to Walmart, Starbucks, and a residential area. It was convenient to dine at Firehouse Subs, just a short walk away from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Waterville for a week-long vacation. Despite being understaffed, the housekeeping staff was attentive and always available to assist us. The hotel, although no frills, was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the self-service laundry facility, which was kept clean and convenient. The location was great, with easy access to downtown and the highway, allowing us to explore other areas of Maine. The breakfast provided was delicious and the beds were comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
